Room wanted in quiet house

Description:
I am returning to full time education (photography ba at Kirklees college, Dewsbury), I will be a mature student (48) and working part time. I am looking at Mirfield, Dewsbury and Wakefield areas. I currently live in a shared house in Huddersfield and would prefer to be in a house with a live in landlord ( a place where doors are closed, not banged shut, a place where I don't feel like I'm at a rave, a place where the sink isn't constantly full of unwashed things). Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the company and have made lifelong friends while living here. I have a good/daft sense of humour and am reasonably house trained.
