Hi my name is Kim, I'm 25 and work at the business park on Fernwood. I'm originally from the South East (Kent) and relocated here with my parents after University. I am reliable, trustworthy, a little bit of a clean freak and very friendly.

I'm currently renting a room up on Fernwood but the landlord is relocating and planning to rent the house out as a whole, hence why I am looking for somewhere else. Although I have lived in the Newark area for approx 5 years I do not know many people in the area and would like to use this as an opportunity to meet people in the area/around my age.

My ideal house mates would be close to my age, friendly and clean - preferably non smokers.
