Hi there,

I am coming to Braintree on the 7/10/11 for a job interview. If successful I would be looking for a Monday-Friday room to rent starting in approx Jan 2012 for 2 years, within reasonable distance of Braintree.

I am a young professional, 31, non smoker who is friendly, chatty, outgoing and down to earth. I enjoy sports (watching and going to the gym), socialising and also just chilling in front of the TV. I am originally from Leeds but at present live in the midlands. I'm looking to share with like minded people, age 18-45.

I do own my own home and so understand the requirements of privacy and respecting the home etc. I am looking for a furnished room with internet connection. I would also like access to a bathroom and kitchen and somewhere (on street is fine) to park my car.

My budget of 300pcm is economical due to my existing commitments to mortgage and bills etc.
