Hi I have a double room for a single person to rent , share shower room /wc upstairs. down stairs share lounge diner, kitchen diner utility room, bathroom and wc . Must like dogs as I have two, well I have adopted my sons dogs. This is an easy going household but I do expect everyone including guests to show respect and to leave things as you would like to find them. I expect the shower/bath to be cleaned after use and to wash and wipe up after yourself . I have a cleaner in once a week to do the grotty jobs such as changing sheets and cleaning the fridge.The property is close to public transport local sports centre and seafront.
