Professional, young female looking for a house mate to rent a double room in my three bedroom house. The house is in Langdon Hills, a central location being about a ten minute walk to Laindon Station. The area is very quiet, being next to the nature reserve but only a short drive to Basildon town centre which has all the usual amenities and night life.
The room is a good sized double with a double bed and fitted wardrobes included so there is a lot of storage. The room has just been decorated so is freshly painted and ready for someone to move in. Whilst my house is three bedrooms, I will be the only other person living there for the duration of the let, so no long queues for the bathroom in the morning! You can have full use of the communal areas such as kitchen, laundry, living room, garden etc. I have Sky in the living room, but if you have your own TV I will connect it to this as well. There is also wireless broadband and a communal car park which you can use. All bills will be included in the rent.
I am a professional who works in the city and am looking for an easy going individual who is tidy and considerate, but not completely boring! I am happy to have either a male or female house mate.
