Small double room available from the 15th October. Sorry we haven't taken a picture of the bedroom yet as it has all the other girls stuff in it. Its a plain white room with cream carpet. I have furniture for the room if you require it. Fits double bed, drawers and wardrobes nicely. The room has sky multi room. The house has 4 rooms altogether. Clair has her own bathroom, Clare- Louise and I share the other bathroom along with Char. Char is moving out. You will be living with 4 girls aged 24 - 30 all in professional jobs. I have uploaded 3 pictures from the site that we originally rented our house from. There is a down stairs toilet and a utility room. We have 2 fridges and 2 freezers so you are not short of space, along with plenty of cupboard space. The house is massive and we nick name it the mini mansion. Has huge living space and dining area. It has brand new carpet the whole way through and we are starting to decorate the whole way through. We have plenty of storage and a huge garage if you need to store a few bits. The garden is huge and goes over 2 levels. I can send you some more pictures once we have taken some via email.
The house is a 10 minute walk from the Wanstead Underground on the central line and also has lots of regular bus routes from the high road. Lots of lovely restaurants and shops in the high road. Parking for at least 3 cars as you can see from the picture.
We are looking for a fun English speaking person that can take over Char's place in our lovely spacious house within a similar age group.
The amount of £550 a month includes and will need to be transferred into the bill account.
