Unfortunately, I have had to drop out so looking for a new housemate to share with 4 other lovely people.
The house is situated close to Norwich City Centre and a short distance to UEA. The room comes furnished with a desk, chair and wardrobe with a 3/4 bed.
There is one bathroom in the house which has both a bath and a shower. All in all a lovely place to live.
The rent is £240 a month and payable to Prolet Estate Agents. As I am currently paying the rent the contract would run for just under a year and finish next July.
