The house is 7 minutes walk from Three Bridges train station, 5 minutes walk to Tesco and Lidl, and 5 minutes to drive to M23 so highly convenient, yet very quiet.
The house has been recently decorated with all new appliances, and has a large living/dining room as well as brand new bathroom. Kitchen has lots of storage and worktop space. There is a large garden with 2 sheds for extra storage. Parking is also available.
The double room is clean and bright and comes with plenty of storage. All furniture are brand new. Bills for broadband, electricity etc and council tax are included in the rent.
