Hi everyone,

I am an owner occupier and I have a room to rent just outside Leeds centre. It's decent sized single room. Fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Space for more furniture if needed. The flat is a short walk into town with buses running regularly from just outside.

It would ideally suit a young professional male. I am fairly easy going, although I do need someone with a fairly high living standard. It would also be nice to find someone to become friends with, so here's a little about me. I currently work in finance, as well as being a professional musician in my spare time. I like the finer things in life, such as wine, eating out, and have a huge weakness for technology. I have a very dry sense of humour and love a good bit of banter.
