We are a friendly group of house mates looking for someone to take our spare room.
The House is located on a quiet street in west ealing. A large sainsburys is a quick hop up the road and there are many other shops along the broadway (boots, banks, post office, costa etc). Buses to be found on the main road are 207, 607,E3, E8 to name a few.
Ealing Broadway, and Northfeilds underground stations are a short bus ride away and West Ealing Overground line is even closer, so there are many options available.
The room will either be the one pictured or another of the same size but with garden access.
The room comes with a double bed and some storage, but more storage room is available if needed. Rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax,tv licence, water, gas, internet etc).
The house has all the normal bits and pieces, plenty of fridge and food storage space, nice clean bathroom and common areas.
We have a backyard as well, no grass tho:(
Rent needs to be £545 + 1 month deposit. and the letting agency will need a job reference, They also charge £95 pounds when you sign the agreement but we can work something out if it's all to much in one go.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A an easy going individual or couple to take the room who likes to come back home to a quiet and clean house. The house however loves to socialise and are looking for someone who is friendly and open.
