We are currently redecorating the house ready for September so the room will be finished to a high standard. The room is fully furnished with a desk, a double bed, a sofa and plenty of storage. We are ideally looking for a postgraduate student or professional but will also consider undergraduates. All utilities are included in the rent. There is also a single room to be rented out for £65 a week. We have a dog who spends the majority of his time outside or upstairs but does sometimes have access to the living room.
