hi there, we have a single room to let out in our house. we are on a main 50, 101 and 102 bus routes. the house has ample unrestricted on road parking. rent includes all bills except food, we have unlimited remote internet connection also. we do have pets, 3 small dogs, but they are very friendly, they have never been inside the room we let out. we would like an honest, kind and friendly person who will at least clean up after themselves in the communal areas ie kitchen and bathroom exampe put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. also, someone who would like and would be kind to our dogs.
