Hello, we are seeking a clean and tidy tenant to rent our spare bedroom.

What you will get:

- You can make use of our cutlery, plates, pots, pans (provided you wash them and don’t break them!) as well as our cooker/oven, microwave and you will have space for your food in our fridge/freezer and cabinet space for dry items
- Washing machine access, clothes peg, clothes line (outdoors) and indoor clothing rack
- Free unlimited wifi
- Access to kitchen, bathroom and back garden
- 5 minute walk from Dagenham Heathway station and shops; 5 minute bus / car ride from Dagenham Docks station
- Smokers are welcome but smoking should be strictly outside – not in the house

Requirements:
- 1 month deposit (£400) and 1 month rent (£400) in advance
- You must have good hygiene and keep your room in good order
- No couples
- No visitors
- No sitting room access
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the house – you can smoke in the back garden
- No DSS
