You deserve to live in a spacious and bright double room in the heart of beautiful St John’s Wood. The room and flat come fully furnished and is squeaky clean. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful red brick building only three minutes from St John’s tube station (Jubilee line). It’s a two bedroom flat with a separate front room, kitchen and bathroom, all good size. In addition the flat has TV, washing machine, fitted kitchen, microwave, fridge/freezer, wireless internet connection and a charming sky light.

You’ll be sharing with a young male professional (lawyer and musician). I’m very easy going and tidy and I’m looking for the same in a housemate.

My band mates are moving to London in a few months so the room is only free for the next two, three or four months, I’m flexible on dates.

Students, couples, messy, bigots, prolific smokers or unemployed tenants will not be considered.
