Single room to let in a shared house with 1 male person.Room has single bed,bedside cabinet with table lamp,wardrobe and gas central heating.Other rooms include 2 living rooms,kitchen including gas cooker,microwave and washing machine,toilet/bathroom with bath,shower,sink and toilet.I am within walking distance of Sutton town centre and on regular bus route from Nottingham to Mansfield as well as in walkng distance of local train station.Town centre has all the usual shops,bars and take aways plus open spaced for walking and relaxing in.My self i am very laid back and easing going with hardly any house rules but only smoking outdoors and no drug taking allowed.I do not mind how you dress in the house or if you wish to invite a friend over at weekends you may as long as you tell me in advance.The Garden is quite secluded and quiet and the surrounding are relaxed and stress free.I am willing to rent to any age within reason and nationality.I am also willing to accept a person on benefits as well as students and professionals.I will also accept either males or females but would ideally prefer the company of a female.
