I'm looking for someone to move into my room as I'm moving closer to where I work. There are 3 months left on the contract, so I'm hoping to find someone to move in 'til the 31st of August.
The house is off Heslington Rd-
15 min walk from York Uni,
4 min walk from the Barbican.
2 min walk to Spa, Coffee Shop, Takeaways and number 4 and 44 bus stop.
The bedroom is a single (though there is room for a queen size- more info on viewing). It has a built in wardrobe as well as a cupboard, a chest of drawers, a desk, chair and bookcase too, so there is plenty of storage space.
The other housemates include two university of York students and someone in work. All girls, all very friendly.
