I have newly painted room with own bathroom in double bedroom flat in city centre 3 minutes’ walk to Leeds market. Monthly rent £250 (bond the same) doesn’t include bills (depends from usage). Council tax is band B, broadband to connect with any network, separate in every room. Room is available from 10th of January but first rent will came from 21st of January (so, there is a few extra rent free days if you move in before 21st of January). It is private flat in 12 apartment’s building with CCTV and buzzer in very quiet place in the heart of the city managed by agency. I am 42 working person with lots of interests easy going respecting privacy. I am honest, loyal and tidy, highly organise person. I live here since 2009 and because my flatmate came back to Spain to her parents I am looking for somebody with similar values I have, trustworthy and responsible person, with age between 25 and 45, no matter sex.
