The property is located in Edge Hill, Liverpool. It is a 20 minute walk to the city centre, or a 2 minute walk to Edge Hill Station. The flat has 3 bedrooms, one of which is available. We have a shared bathroom (toilet, sink, bath and shower), as well as a shared kitchen and livingroom complete with toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, washing machine, TV (with freeview), couch and dinigroom table. The 2 current tenants (including myself) are both female, aged 20, both in our 3rd year of studying Criminology and Psychology in Liverpool John Moores University. Because of this, we are not looking for a party-mad housemate. We are looking for someone who wants to live in a chilled and relaxed environment with respectful and considerate housemates that are very easy to live with.
