I have a room to rent £362.20 a month (£84) a week in a magnificent student home in Plymouth (Peverell) near Mutley. I need someone to take over my tenancy as I need to move back home from mid-December. The tenancy runs up to the end of July. All bills are included apart from gas and electricity. There is a £300 deposit, £90 admin fee and a £30 cleaning fee but some negotiation may be available with the admin or cleaning fee as I need someone to take my room off my hands as soon as possible!
