Double size room (king size bed) to let for one person in family semi-detached house.Linen, towels and all expenses included.Use of washing machine, cooker and kitchen cupboard/fridge freezer space included Wireless access to internet Use of large garden.Must like pets as we have cats and hens.Easy access to M42, Burton-on-Trent and Derby but you will probably need a car.Cars can be parked in carpark across the road.There are 2 of us,in our 50's.We are quite relaxed and friendly.
I supply teach and sell Usborne childrens books We have occasional visits from my son and daughter(both graduates).We are looking for students or professional people if possible.
