Medium size light & airy double room with a parking space in a clean & tidy 3 storey house in a quiet and friendly street on the edge of Old Town. Share rest of house with landlady. Within walking distance of old & new town, buses and station. I would prefer a single lodger but would consider a couple sharing a double room at an agreed inclusive rent. I would also be happy to consider a child as I have a separate single room available. Upstairs shower room next to the bedroom & a downstairs bathroom. Constant hot water from newly fitted combi boiler. Room has a TV point and a computer desk. Small garden and 'work in progress' roof terrace with fantastic views across the town. Washing machine, digital freeview TV, wireless broadband, central heating, full double glazing & a linked fire alarm system. All bedrooms have fire doors I will be doing some private teaching in the house after school until the 19th of Nov (2 weeks). but the house is spacious enough for this not to intrude on the use of the other living areas or access in and out of the house or garden Pet welcome. Must like dogs & cats as although mine live elsewhere, they will be visiting with my partner from time to time. Smoking is only permitted in the garden. The room is available from 06/11/11 as I have some decorating work to complete, but viewings are welcome, although I might greet you in my painting garb :-)
