We have a double room overlooking woodland to rent.
You will be sharing with myself and my 21 year old son. We are both working, and family orientated.
The property is a victorian through terrace. We have a shower, dishwasher, washing machine, wireless broadband access, microwave, central heating etc.
We are within 3 mins walking to meanwood shopping centre and 10 mins from headingley arndale. Choice of busses within close walking distance. Local shop on the corner two mins away.
The rent includes the use of bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, garden and all bills.
Room is furnished with a NEW bed, NEW bedding,dressing table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bookshelf. I can remove and items not required and provide within reason any that are. Linen (and laundry of) is provided. Friends can stay over with prior arrangement.
Would suit quiet mature professional person who enjoys the odd game of scrabble or cards. We like to keep things quiet during the week with some flexability over the weekend. Rent negotiable if you are a mon to friday tennant.
