Hi my name is Christine I have a spare double en-suite room for rent in my home, it is cosy and roomy with double bed, pine wardrobe, draw space and book shelves, TV and internet. I have two well behaved dogs, they are either in the garden or out with me, so you hardly know they are around. The house is a quiet one being on a cul-de-sac and has two sitting rooms, kitchen and conservatory downstairs, also a garden, there is driveway parking. I am easy going, and want someone who will respect my home as I would anyone elses, I would expect you to tidy up your own room and also clean up your own things in kitchen etc, The house is very clean and tidy. There is all mod cons etc washing machine, fridge freezer etc. I can be out a lot so if you are looking for peace and quiet, somewhere to study etc this is the one
