The flat is very close to the festival theatre and is literally less than a minute's walk to the University of Edinburgh. It is right next to Old College.
The room is part of a three bedroom flat, and comes with a shared kitchen and bathroom space. The room comes with a study table, a queen size bed, a wardrobe space, some drawers, and a pin board.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher and has all cooking supplies (including things like kettles, microwave, cutlery, and even baking supplies).
The bathroom is pretty large and has lots of space. We've even installed a wooden rack in it to keep more supplies in the washroom.
As a resident, you will also have access to a common room at the ground floor of the building which has games, a TV and a pool table. There is also a separate study room for the residents to use. Finally, there is a laundry room for the residents to use as well.
The rent is inclusive of all bills - such as electricity, wifi, and heating. Any maintenance work is also included in the rent. It is 165 pounds per week.
Only female applicants are considered.
