The flat is located in New Malden. It is a 5-10 minute walk from New Malden Station and 1 minute walk to the nearest bustop towards Kingston or Tooting.
Only two quiet friendly females live here a student and Mother. The flat is spacious with its separate toilet and shower it also includes its living room and kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The medium double bedroom has its own built in wardrobe and a cupboard with two small night stands and extra furniture if you wish.
We are very friendly and will always try our best to make everyone content in the flat as we understand how it feels to come home tired and only want a peaceful night. We are quiet and very clean we keep everything in order for you to use next and so we expect the same in return. As my daughter is a student and works part time she’s usually out very and early and comes back late. I work full time therefore I’m out most of the day as well.
We expect only one person who is fairly quiet, cleans up after themselves and preferably either works or studies full time. We will ask for identification and a small reference.
