The house is newly refurbished and very clean.
I am a live in landlord, together with my husband. We also have another person living with us, and a small puppy. We are very calm and friendly people, and we ask our occupants to be the same. There is no parties going on in the house, only occasionally. So if you are looking for relaxation and comfort, this place is just for you :)
We are situated 6 min. walk from the Shopping markets (Asda, Lidl, wilko, post office, fast food restaurants etc.).
There is a bus stop 3 min. away, which directly leads you to city centre within 15-20min.
And within another 5 min walk there is a big park.
The bills are all included, we just ask to share money for cleaning materials from time to time.
For couples: the rent is £450 pcm
The room is fully furnished:
+ Double bed, wardrobe, drawer, writing table.
We also have a sharing living room and dining area, or if you want to enjoy the sun - the lovely garden.
