We welcome short term and long term stayers. Residents all work, English speaking, mixed ages/sex, extroverts/introverts, social and unsocialable.
we are friendly/chatty, in communal areas and live a shared life style, but privacy for all is a must. No one will disturb you once in your room.
opposite the sea, 10 min walk 2 town, train, leasure center, pool, boating, supermarkets, pub, lake/sea fishing coastal walks/cycling. bus stop 10 sec.
Require persons of soberish habit, drug free, respectful, polite, friendly, quiet between 10pm and 7am. This is a quiet household, as everyone is tired from work, and some people work shifts, headphones are a great invention.
All rooms have door locks, unlimited fibre wifi, table and chairs, fully furnished, with floor to ceiling mirror fitted wardrobes, all bedding, tv, kettle, electric blanket. Some rooms have music speakers, fridge/freezer, dvd players.
1 large room, can accommodate someone working unreasonable hrs as no one is above, below, or next door to you. Own frige/freezer kettle available 17/1/17

all rooms are for single occupancy only, no children, couples, or staying guests without permission.
No smoking in the house.
Victorian house, wood flooring, C/H, 2 gardens, Dble glazed, clean/tidy. 2 bathrooms/showers, separate 2 toilets ,+2 separate showers. possible not to invade anyone's space as the house is so big, over 4 floors.
EXTRA CHARGE for- short term stayers, winter heating, and cleaner.
Deposit, first and last week rent required in advance. There is an agreement to sign, and receipts are provided.

This house is a licenced HMO, which means it's subjected to gov and council regulations and is managed to a higher standard than normally required. Fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire doors are installed. All certificates are available for viewing.
