Four housemates looking for fifth to move in from the end of December 2016 until August 2017, to replace our housemate who is moving out to study abroad.
Rent is £125 per week, and around £25 for bills including broadband per month.
Five bedroom house, with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Room available is located on the first floor, has a double bed and storage space with built in wardrobe, shelf and mantelpiece on fireplace. Window looking onto garden.
Easily accessible transport including bus stops and central to three tube stations including Acton Overground, North Acton and Acton Town (each within 10-15mins walking distance), offering around 20min tube journey to Oxford Circus. Morison's, Tesco, Co-op and high street under ten minute walk away.
We enjoy going out and socialising but also love doing nothing and having chilled days in watching films together and pigging out! As we are students we do also like our quiet nights to deal with our study load! If this sounds like your type of house, please get in touch! :)
