The house is in a nice quiet area with friendly neighbours either side. It's not an area where there's any trouble, in fact it's very peaceful. The back garden isn't over looked so it's nice & private. There's a BBQ & Garden Furniture available for use. Parking is at the front of house on the road. All windows are double glazed. House alarm in situ. Gas central heating. New kitchen & bathroom and newly plastered all the way through.
There is a Bus stop right outside the house and the Train Station is approx a 10 - 15 minute walk with trains to Sheffield & Leeds.
If you drive then Doncaster is approx a 15 minute drive, Rotherham approx a 15 - 20 min drive, Sheffield approx 30 min drive, Castleford approx 25 min drive along with Wakefield.
The house is about 4 miles from the A1 (M) getting on/off at junction 37.
** The available bedroom has double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers which are all brand new, along with new bedding, duvet & pillows. There's also 2 wall shelves **

** Would need to provide own TV for your bedroom **
Fully equipped kitchen. Bath & shower downstairs with toilet that's shared with me. There's a 2 drawer unit for you to use as storage in the bathroom.
I am quite a tidy person & am looking for a professional female (or would consider a couple) who will also keep the home clean & tidy and be respectful of my belongings.
I'm a really easy going friendly person & would like a house mate who is the same.
It's important to me that whoever moves into the room treats this as their home & feels comfortable & settled.
I would need references & a bond before moving in.
If you are a couple then the rent would be increased & also the bond. This will be discussed with you.
3 months minimum let, then on a month to month basis. A month's notice to terminate must be given by either party in writing.
