I have a double room located in the loft for rent which has its own bathroom/shower and the room is furnished. The room has a double bed, big wardrobe, table with chairs and a wall-mounted tv.

The monthly rent will include Heating, electrical, water and council tax bills.

I am looking for a tenant who is between the ages of 25 and 45, who is working, well-mannered, is able to get along with others as there will be other tenants in the house and able to clean up after themselves.

The house is close to harrow shopping center (approx. 15-20 minutes walk or 5-10 min drive).
Sainsbury's is approx. 10 minutes walk.
Kenton station (bakerloo line) is approx. 10 minutes walk.
Northwick park station (metropolitan line) is approx. 15-20 minutes walk.
Northwick park hospital is approx. 5 minutes drive.
Kenton recreational park is located on the same road, just a 30 second walk from the house.
