The room currently unfurnished, will consider furnishing it. There is a nice view of the church from the room.
It is a clean, homely large terraced house situated in a nice village with extremely good travel links and amenities. There is a nice area outside to sit out in.
I have lived in shared houses at university but do expect good hygiene and a respectful attitude. I enjoy relaxing, watching TV and seeing friends and running through the week. At weekends I like clubbing, socialising, walking and shopping.
My lodger has just moved out to buy her own home on after 2 years of lodging with me.
