I have to rent a large room in a family home. Although the pictures show two single beds, it will in fact be one double bed. The room comes furnished with a double wardrobe, 3 drawer cabinet, overhead cupboards and a small workstation. The room has an ensuite with sink and shower. The room will suit a single, professional person.

I am a professional woman, and three of my grown up children live in the other rooms.

The room is at the back of the house on the first floor.

Friendly, homely atmosphere. We have four little dogs, all very friendly. There is on road parking at the house, and we also have a home gym.

Meals and utilities included in price, as well as Internet and communal Sky TV in the lounge. Washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, communal bathroom and separate toilet.

Rent negotiable.
1 months rent upfront plus one months rent as a deposit, to be returned at the end of the tenancy, subject to checks.
