We are a married couple, with 2 young boys and have a spare room to rent out. As you can imagine, with 2 young boys there is often a lot of noise in the house, however, we are generally a quiet family and enjoy our time together. We are happy to welcome someone into our home and make them feel comfortable. We have a large bright and airy, part furnished ground floor double room, with wifi, but has no bed. You will have access to the bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen, living room and garden and there is a parking space available if required. The ideal person for us would be a female, non smoker aged 18-30 who is respectful of our home and boys, fairly quiet and someone that will enjoy our company at home, but understanding that we also like our own space too. We in turn will do the same. The room is available to view by appointment. If you are someone that likes to go out most nights and come home late, then please do not reply.
