A large double room to rent in a recently decorated semi-detached house in Alvaston, Derby, within very easy distance of the City centre, within 10 minutes of the Rolls-Royce, Toyota, and Bombardier sites, and with good bus connections to Derby and East Midlands Airport.
Although a 3 bedroomed house, only 2 bedrooms will be rented out, the third is used as a spare bedroom/office.
The room has very large built in wardrobes and ample room for a king sized bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a desk. (not provided).
The house has both front and back gardens, with a patio and a decked area out the back, and outhouses for storage.
Downstairs is comprised of the hallway, a large kitchen, separate dining room, and a living room. The bathroom and three bedrooms are upstairs.
The rent is £275/pcm, plus bills, and is payable on the 1st of each month. The notice period is at least 1 month both ways, but more if possible.
I used to live in the house with the current tennant, but have recently moved to London. The current tenant is a lovely newly engaged 26 year old engineer working for a large employer in the Derby area, and I am looking for a non-smoking, professional with no pets (maybe a goldfish)to take on the large room. A professional couple would also be welcome, though the rent for 2 people would be £500 pcm plus bills, rather than £275 plus bills.
