Hi there, we have a spare Double Room within our 4 bed semi detached house to let out, it will be sharing with myself, my husband and our 4 year old son. We are an extremely friendly family who will make you feel welcomed. The room is nicely furnished, welcoming, spacious, airy and comfortable. You will have full use of your own lounge with a TV, there is wifi internet connection, and also an in house gym for any would be gym fanatics. There is many parking spaces at the front and a spacious back garden. The House is set in the borders of Dartford, with bus stops, and shops within close walking distance, Dartford Train Station is 25 minutes walk away and Bluewater shopping centre is a short 10 minutes drive. There are frequent Train services in London with London Bridge being 35 minutes away. Female overseas student or working professional preferred. Please contact Ying
