We have a large family home with a spare room. Nicely decorated with wardrobes chest of drawers, small fridge and double bed. We are a family of 3 myself my partner and our 8 year old son, we also have a friendly dog. We would like a student or an employed person, we are located near the centre of Grantham, close to all amenities. You will have use of a shared bathroom, the kitchen, the washing machine and the garden we also have wifi. We would prefer a non smoker. We are moving to Grantham in August from London so the room will be ready for then. Meals can be provided at a small extra cost.
