I have a large comfortable double bedroom which has been newly refurbished, in a three bedroom house; the house is bright & modern and would suit that seeking short stay accommodation. The house is equipped with all the facilities one expects for self service accommodation and you will have access to a washing machine, dryer, tea and coffee making facilities.
The room is furnished with a new double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside tables, desk and chair. New bed linen will be provided and breakfast available on request. There is a lovely garden in case you'd like to sit and have a drink to chill after a long sightseeing day!
All facilities (bathroom / kitchen / TV/living room) are shared, as we want you to feel as if you are staying with friends. If you need ideas on where to go and what to see, just ask, we are happy to help and to give you all the information required to make sure you will have a pleasant stay;
Norwood Junction provides overground services connecting north to south of London; from East Croydon you can easily travel to London Bridge or Victoria station in less than 20 minutes; I am located close to Norwood Junction and East Croydon station, which is by train only 15 mins from Gatwick;
Shops, restaurants, banks and transport are just 10 minutes walk away.
Please note that the price mentioned is for one person, there is an extra £10.00 per person per night for a second person sharing the double bedroom and it includes breakfast, which consists of toast, croissants, cereals, fruit and fruit juice, tea and coffee and is included in the price and is aviable anytime of the day.
An evening meal can be provided if requested at additional cost.
Free parking on a quiet tree-lined road.
Please note that we are non-smoking house, but smoking is OK in the garden.
