I am looking for a mature, professional, easy going housemate (preferably female) to share a large house with great Gardens in a fantastic location on the Great Orme in Llandudno.
It is a 5 bedroom house with 2 lounges, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms so there is lots of space. The gardens are secluded with the fantastic views out over the West shore to the Snowdonia mountain range.
The house is set in a quiet and very safe neighbourhood. If you like the great outdoors this is perfect for you as the garden gate opens out onto open country side and yet it is only a five minute walk down into the town centre.
I have 2 very well behaved dogs and a parrot so you must like animals.
I am looking for the right person to share with, my present lodger has been here for 5 years but is moving to a new job / new area in July 2012.
The "available date" is not set in stone as there is lots lots of room should you need the room before this date. If you think you may be interested please get in touch. I am away travelling at present, I will answer all enquiries but it may not be immediate so please do not think I am ignoring you.
