One large double room is for rent at £475 per month, incl. of bills, available on/after Tuesday 5th June 2012. We would like a professional female tenant, in this gorgeous 3-story Bath townhouse, as it’s a professional household.
We are taking viewings on Monday 28th May from 7.30pm.
There are currently 3 tenants, (2 girls, Hannah and Becca and 1 guy, Tom, aged between 23-29) another is moving in Sunday (1 guy, Ian). So it’s a house of 5 people in total. It’s a very friendly household and the housemates are all wonderful people, I’m going to miss them! I am moving out as I am going travelling later this year.
The room is on the ground floor next to the front door and Tom (he doesn’t bite!). All bills are included in the rent, plus there is a weekly cleaner who comes on a Friday to clean all communal areas, we put in £5 a month so she can buy cleaning products, toilet rolls etc.
There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the basement floor where the Kitchen/Diner is. The kitchen/Dining room are open plan which makes it very sociable, all mod-cons – Fridge/Freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, under-floor heating in both bathrooms and heated towel racks. There is a large flatscreen TV with Sky, Xbox etc. Small patio back garden.
The house is on Upper Bristol Road, next to the Vauxhall garage, literally 5-10mins walk to town. There is parking but it’s permit only, we’re not sure if we can put a 2nd car on the permit but there is free parking up by Royal Victoria park. The landlord has a secretary who works for him as he lives abroad half the time, so he’s never round but there is a handy man who lives in Bath if there are any problems.
