I'm looking for a flatmate to share my lovely 2 bedroom ground floor, garden flat in Wood Green.
The room is a double room, overlooking the garden with a feature, Victorian-style fire place and sash windows. The room is available furnished or unfurnished.
We have a utility spare room at the back of the flat and can also be used as a dining room as it is off the kitchen. The Kitchen is a good size and has a dish washer. The bathroom is also a decent size and has both a bath and a shower.
The flat is very well situated with shops a 2 minute walk and Wood Green undergrounds a 10 minute walk. Bows Park overground is a 5 minute walk. Bus routes 141, 121, 232 and 329 are at the end of the road, also free parking and close to North circular.
I am a professional female, non-smoker who enjoys socialising at the weekends. I also enjoy nights in with friend and a bottle of wine. I am looking for an easy going non-smoking professional female, much like myself.
