Hi, I have a very large double room to let, its a huge room fully furnished with TV & Wireless, rent includes all bills. The house is decorated to very high standards, having extremly large rooms through out. I am looking for a professional person, who is down to earth and has a good sense of humour. The location of the house is two mins from the main bus station and five min walk to the train station, and the high street is a five min walk close enough to access shops/banks/supermarket/pubs but not near enough to hear it all! We are in a secluded area which is very friendly. I do have a dog, who is a big teddy bear in disguise as a dog, he is deaf and understands sign language so please only contact me if your an animal lover. The house has all mod cons through out, washer/dryer/wi-fi/ we have a decent size front garden which is fab in the summer months for sunbathing/barbies etc. Give me a call if you want any more info or would like to view.
