It has a fully fitted kitchen and washing area and there is a small patio area with drying facilities just outside the front door and a maintained garden for use by everyone. Contract will be supplied and the minimum rental period is three months We are two sisters who are renting the spare single room to cover running costs only. The room is in a detached sandstone building in a quiet cul-de-sac with its own parking, close to Bellahouston Park with its Sports Centre, Ski Runs, mazes and gardens and only 300 yds from Cardonald College. There is a two minute walk to Paisley Road West with a vast array of buses in and out of the city. We are a two minute drive from the ,M8, M74, M77. The Silverburn and Braehead shopping Malls are only a couple of miles away and we,re only 5 minutes(by car ) from the City Centre and the Southern General Hospital. Basically its easy to get anywhere in or out of Glasgow from here. I myself work in the City Centre . I previously lived in the West End but as someone working 5 days a week I found it,s complete lack of parking and exhorbitant fees, overpriced and dingy flats , constant noise from constant partying and complete lack of reasonably priced convenience stores or supermarkets together with a 24 hour lifestyle were just too expensive an stressfull to continue living there. I,ve found the best of both worlds here. Easy access to the fun , when I want it , and a nice relaxed atmosphere right beside a beautiful park with my own parking and garden.
